Coach Wright is moving into his third year of leading the golf program. Coach Wright was hired in 2023 to revive the golf program for the 24-25 golf season. "It has been amazing to see the golfers that the Lord has put in front of us in such a short amount of time. Our goal is to continue to build the program to be consistently qualifying for nationals." Coach Wright has not only rebuilt the program but has led the charge in raising funds to put in a simulator on campus. "My goal in reviving this program was not only to recruit a team but supply the team with the best possible chance for success. By putting in a simulator this summer it will allow our team to practice no matter what the weather conditions are."Â
Chris graduated from HLGU in 2011. He now resides in Hannibal with his wife Emma (2012 HLGU graduate) and their four children Abel, Max, Lettie and Noah.
